Complete 03:36
This world's so big and we're so small You might wonder if there's any point at all It's in the little things, we are the little things You matter so much much, more than you can know Sky over your head, land under your feet You are alive, you live to be complete Earth it holds us, hear it speak Air sustains us, breath it in Water fills us, made to lift us Be its guardian, a custodian Silver drops on a blanket of night You were born to stand under this sky

Moondyne Joe 03:42
Joseph Johns (or Moondyne Joe) came on the Pyrenees From Wales to West Australia in 1853 10 years for stealing food, his hungry mouth to feed The judge was tough who sentenced him, “A lesson to his breed” Said Moondyne Joe, “You may be the boss my friend but you’re not the boss of me”. All men want to be free Joseph worked hard on the land with good behaviour true ‘Cos when you do that they will hand a ticket of leave to you ‘Ticket of leave!’ he crid aloud, “I’m free again,’ he sang ‘I’ll head inland to Toodjay and work as a bushman’. Being good can be difficult when opportunity calls And unmarked cattle would be tempting to you all Arrested time and time again, the governor declared ‘If Joe escapes this gaol again, I swear he will be spared!’ To be free of shackles, to live at liberty I say all men want to be free Locked in Freo gaol again, he just unscrewed the door And stole the judge’s thoroughbred, by god that man was sore Two years on the run and captured at an inn The promise stood and Joe was soon escaping once again

My parents they left me when I was a child My grandmother didn’t want me Arrested at 14 for stealing a horse Dressed as a boy of course Sent to Australia, lucky I wasn’t hung Arriving at Botany Bay I worked as a housemaid was lucky again Reading and writing saved me from the workhouse but Waking at midnight to turn off the light I’m sorry that you’re not around Survival is key here and I’m doing fine I’m keeping my nose to the ground ‘Cos I’m making a place for me, making a place for me x 2 I married a good man, as good as can be Built up our fortunes while he was at sea And when that man died I took over the lot My 7 children needed me Now I’m an old lady, as you can see I’ve started a bank and I grew a fig tree A convict I never admitted to be

Time 03:59
Good things take time until they appear It's not secret that good things can just disappear But they are just things, you're a work of art All that you hold in your hands in your heart and good things take time All that I've learnt in all my years amounts to this Quiet eyes and a gentle kiss Good things take time Like a wise woman and a strong grapevine Good things take time, it's not too late You have been learning and growing and you did not break Yes you have scars but so do the best Your head's in your hands but your heart still beats in your chest All that I've learnt in all my years amounts to this Quiet eyes and a gentle kiss Good things take time Like the seed that was planted beginning the climb
